Bramble
Ingredients:
50ml East Indies Archipelago Dry Gin
25ml lemon juice
¾tbsp sugar syrup
Ice cubes
Crushed ice
Garnish:
Blueberry or Raspberry
Glass:
Old Fashioned Glass
Method:
Add the gin, lemon juice and simple syrup into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
Fine-strain into an Old Fashioned glass over crushed ice.
Slowly pour the drink and garnish with fresh blueberry. Serve and enjoy.
