Negroni
Ingredients:
40ml East Indies Archipelago Dry Gin
20ml Campari
15ml Sweet Vermouth
Garnish:
Orange Peel
Glass:
Old Fashioned Glass
Method:
Add the gin, Campari and sweet vermouth to a mixing glass filled with ice, and stir until well-chilled.
Strain into rock glass filled with large ice cubes.
Garnish with an orange peel. Serve and enjoy.
