Ingredients:
40ml East indies Archipelago Dry Gin
30ml Lemon Juice
25ml Simple syrup
Soda water
Garnish:
Lemon
Maraschino cherry
Glass:
Collins Glass
Method:
Add the gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup into a Collins glass.
Fill with ice, top with soda water, and stir.
Garnish with lemon wheel and maraschino cherry (optional)
