Ingredients:

30ml East Indies Archipelago Dry Gin
15ml Lemon Juice
15ml Simple Syrup
90ml Dry Sparkling Wine

Garnish:

Lemon Skin

Glass:

Champagne Flute

Method:

Combine East Indies Archipelago Dry Gin, syrup, and
lemon juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake
vigorously and strain into an iced champagne flute.
Top up with Dry Sparkling Wine. Stir gently.
