Ingredients:
40 ml of East Indies Bali Pomelo Pink Gin
20 ml raspberry syrup
20 ml fresh lemon juice
15 ml Egg white
Garnish:
Raspberry
Glass:
Nick & Nora Glass
Method:
Pour all ingredients into shaker.
Dry shake first and add some ice.
And continue to shake vigorously.
Double Strain into chilled glass.
Garnish with Fresh Raspberry.
