Ingredients:
50ml East Indies Archipelago Dry Gin
25ml Lemon Juice
25ml Simple Syrup
6 mint leaves
Garnish:
Mint Spring
Glass:
Coupette Glass
Method:
Add the mint leaves and lemon juice into a shaker
and gently muddle. Add East Indies Archipelago Dry Gin
and simple syrup with ice, and shake until well-chilled.
Double-strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a
mint spring.
