Pink Gin Fizz
Ingredients:
40 ML East Indies Bali Pomelo Pink Gin
15 ML Elderflower syrup
20 ml apple juice
15 ml fresh lemon juice
5 gr red dragon fruit
3 drop foam agent
Top up lemonade
Garnish:
Mint Spring
Glass:
Collin Glass
Method:
Prepare your shaker.
Muddle red dragon fruit.
Pour east indies bali pomelo pink gin, chilled apple juice, and lemon juice.
Add 3 drop of foam agent.
Add ice and shake.
Strain it and pour to the glass.
