Gin & Mule

Ingredients:

40ml East Indies Archipelago Dry Gin
20ml Lime juice
20ml Simple syrup
Mint leaves
Ginger beer 
 

Garnish:

Ice Crushed & Mint
Lime wedge

Method:

Gather the ingredients.

In a cocktail shaker add the mint leaves, simple syrup, and lime juice. Muddle well to release the essence of the herbs.

Add gin and fill the shaker with ice. Shake well. Strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.

Top with ginger beer. Serve and enjoy.
