Gimlet
Ingredients:
45ml East Indies Archipelago Dry Gin
15ml Lime juice
15ml Sugar syrup
Garnish:
Lime wheel
Glass:
Martini or Coupe glass
Method:
Add the gin, lemon juice and simple syrup to a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
Strain into chilled cocktail glass filled with fresh ice.
